Without joy being part of our daily routine, stress can overbalance our lives.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I believe the beginning of joy is gratitude and making a concerted effort to see the good in people and believe the best. \u00a0This doesn\u2019t mean we walk around with blinders on or adopt an attitude of naivety. On the contrary, truly aligning with the Father\u2019s heart of goodness means you are choosing to believe and see others the way God sees them.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>God is training you to partner with Him in the elimination of negativity and the stress it produces in your circumstances. \u00a0This is a discipline of the mind, but it also is an upgrade in the Grace required to learn how to believe the best about others. \u00a0Increased joyfulness and true delight for this life you have been given are the natural by-products of committing to that renewed way of thinking.<\/p>\n<p><b>My goal is to know love in such a powerful way that no one can affect me adversely. How do you love when love is not returned? Well, the simple truth is real love doesn\u2019t seek a return. Love loves for the sake of loving.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>THE PRACTICE OF DELIGHT<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t know about you, but the Holy Spirit I know can make even the smallest thing a delight.
